Spread over a week

1st session

Wo are we? Why do we meet here? What brought you here? - a seated session. Focused on speaking. Possibly standing. To move according and be free to observe physical patterns.

Suggestment 1.

Around a desk session.

Names are optional.

Notes to take. Questions to look for, answers to fulfill. Getting to know one another as characters. Like a game of wolf. With fictional characters based on the actual participants. ( trigger warnings) The workshop is meant to provoke. Come up with a profile for each elected. Sketches are welcome. Further the imagination as long as the session provides space.

2nd session

/ another sit down session, around the table. A plane in the middle. The continuity of the first session. Possibly to attach the next day or after a break. I

t would be healthy to insert another branch in between to accummulate the informatiokn and transmit it into another way.

We imagine the story. ( work from big to small and from small to big.) / Big to small as start. Inspect one another. Arrive to decision, opinion. Definition. ( Notice: Never about the person. Only about the presented aspect as a figure. Only what has been brought into perception. This is not a reflection of reality but a psyche of the participants.)

A mirror situation.

Upon telling. Each go in rounds and share revelations. Notes. Anything they want to be added onto the plane in the middle. Means of expression may it be paper or a board or another. The paper in the middle will accumulate what the session and participants will be working to develop, further define and finally express mutually. Independant (optionally) from their individual intent.

3rd session ( must be conducted individually/ no other branch or session to follow) Around 3 hours average.

Another discussion of ethics. We dive into morality in corelatin to the ‘story’. Philosophies are presented. Each person will derive a statement and a question. The statement aims to question and the question aims to answer.

We note this down in our individual blocks. The paper in the middle is left vacant unless otherwise calls for necessity. This allows everyone to apply their own process through interpretation projected onto the story even if it remains a mutual work.

The discussion makes room to discover the hidden intent. A mission below the one stated that might unconsciously be giving lead to the process. The objective is to bring it closer to the surface. - the sessions in general are inviting of insightful talk about inner processes and personal experience. Especially this particular one. Means to open the space and welcome a state of uknown.

4th session

We travel back to the start and observe the initial notes in referrence to the past two sessions in between. We define the lines around and make them tangible. Further away from the abstract aspect to work them into the story. This is mostly character work. We derive a few lines and work a conversation. One line going out from the character and the other response from an unknown source. We can then mix and match accordingly with the other characters present.

The work that must be kept private is allowed to remain such. The ones presented for the table will be united on the paper and arranged in a complementary way as a first structure draft.

We hear out each sense made from the accummulated content and note it down on our individual blocks.

Towards the end of the session we observe if a mutual story is rising and we voice the story as observed. We leave the session at that in order to later pick it up from what is remembered of the process ( story)

5th session

Moving into abstraction

We summarize our notes by grouping them under the 7 steps. The steps being the progress of a process. Upon defining our accummulation of inormation we are now better able to fit them into definition or get a clearer output based on criteria.

1 rewrite and define

2 color pick a color for each aspect

3 give names

4 contour the character ( mostly main character for each individual. )

5 suggest a genre and develop it for own narration

6 summarize the story

( everybody gives their piece of paper with all this info to the middle paper)

7 we take all the material and come up with one to express the rest. The one is how we contriubute. Might be a name. A genre. A line. A dialogue. An intent. An end. And so on. This acts as the interpretation of our own intent.

Called abstraction. Keep the intent and the rest plays not as critical a role. At this point we improvise.

The work is done and a break.

After the break everyone takes floor upon request to improvise with the aim to deliver intent. This might be words, writing, acting, dance, a game, a question and so on.

We gather all mutual content. And reserve the personal material.

The process has come to an almost end.

6 session

Free discussion about ideals. History and future. What is left in the present. The floor is open for anyone to take inititative, make a suggestion.

The session ends naturally.

7 session ( on a new day)

Optional. A structuring of their inner process. Can be sharead. We read the story. Any individual ones can also be presented.

Answering of the 4 questions. On a piece of paper. Save it. Or email it to self scheduling it to a future date or give it to someone a ritualization of sort. Even if lost or trashed. Within awareness. Empty ones also count.

Session 8

A narration and a listening session. This is not necessary to be conducted independent. This can be combined with other branches. This is a resolution session. We play a game. A mental one with physical body introduced. Several small games into a bigger one ( the objective is to see the written content in action without the direct intent)/ influence.

The session ends with a sheet of communication ( how one can be reached) .
